- Questions about your payment or leaderboard entry
- Press enquiries — yes, this is a real website and yes, you may write about it
- Fan mail for Chef Crum — he is a fictional cartoon but he appreciates the support
- Historical corrections — we welcome them, though we will probably keep the cartoon anyway
What NOT to Write About
- Refund requests — please read the Refund Policy first. It is short. It is firm. It is written in the spirit of Chef Crum himself.
- Complaints that the potato chip was not actually invented this way — we know, historians know, everyone knows. The spirit is true.
